Super friendly and people oriented! Harper and his brother, Howie, were born in March 2016 by a busy street where their momma cat was tragically killed. They were rescued as tiny kittens and lovingly fostered, and vetted. These handsome black and white boys are all decked out in their tuxedos, ready to find their forever homes! They are cuddly, playful and lovable. Come meet them and take one (or both) of these darlings home!
