HEW is a cute Kentucky Heinz 57 puppy, a not so rare breed in blue grass country.
This sweet boy is 5 months old..his sending shelter called him a smooth Border Collie mix; he might be a Pointer mix; a large Fox Terrier mix or some type of Hound combo.
Only a DNA test will say with more certainty.
Meanwhile we can certainly say HEW is a Cutie, a bouncy puppy who would love to grow up within a nice family.
