Hey, my name is “Hurricane Carter” and I am part of a litter that survived Hurricane Irene. I was born to a semi-feral Mom in July, and me and my siblings weathered the storm either under a shed. We were all trapped individually after the hurricane by a wonderful person who saved our lives!
