Hello, my name is Jade. I have a very sweet personality and am a little shy at first but a few rubs under my chin and I am all yours.  My story is a sad one – I was found badly injured after being hit by a car and was taken to the vet for medical care.  The good folks of the Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island nursed me back to health and sent me on to Last Hope to find my forever home.  My new friends here have all been so wonderful and have helped me to relax and I love the all attention I have been given. Now I am waiting for my Special Person to come and meet me.  I  promise to bring many years of joy and love to the family that takes me in….Oh, I can’t wait – please hurry!!
