As we say goodbye to 2011, we are happy to report a banner year for adoptions – 692 cats and 164 dogs have been rehomed in 2011. Prior to being placed in these wonderful homes, every volunteer works hard to make sure that each cat and dog that comes into our program feels love and affection, a full belly of food, gets plenty of playtime, and warm bed to rest their head.

So we begin 2012 with two very special pets, Sheena and Tobias, who are also looking for their forever homes! Sheena was the pet of one of our volunteers, Janet Palucci, who recently passed away. She is so out of sorts having lost her “person” and now her home…click here to read more about Sheena.
