JASPER has had a tough, young life thus far. He came into Hempstead Town Shelter as a young ( 2 years old -tops) with a skin condition covering most of his body. Several skin scrapes ruled out mange…Presently he is being treated at Last Hope for secondary infections  and possible allergies. His skin is starting to respond well.

Meanwhile JASPER is a delightful, puppyish Lab/Shepherd fellow- medium-size. He would like to find a best friend caretaker who showers him with love & TLC.
