Young “Jenkins”, now at Last Hope,  is a nice variation on the Beagle theme. This dark, tri-colored fellow is only about a year old, but has only a 3/4 length tail. Friendly and happy, “Jenkins” came to Last Hope from a Kentucky shelter, along with a group of other discarded Beagles.
