Now at Last Hope, “Mater” is a Jack Russell Terrier who was surrendered to  a shelter in KY by an owner . He is young, microchipped and, according to his former owner, he  gets along well with dogs, cats and kids. He loves to go for rides in the car, but needs a little reinforcement of housebreaking skills.
