Young “Max” was supposedly rescued from a Chihuahua puppy mill raid in KY, but he doesn’t look like your typical Chihuahua. He is more of a small Spitz type in Shepherd coloring, about 2 years old. He is quite “personable”- a little charmer, cute as can be – but does not to want to be with other dogs. Max needs a loving owner with strong dog leadership skills, and a home without young children.
