“Merle” from Homeward Bound in Mississippi has fabulous, hazel eyes. Homeward Bound is a transport system founded by veterinary students at Mississippi State University, rescuing Southern dogs where there are no responsible homes for them and sending them to the North where there are eager adopters. He is super sociable, did quite well at a Petco adoption day, only a year old and the size of a Harrier. Raise your hand, please, if you know what a Harrier is.
