This adorable 10 month old puppy was pulled from deplorable conditions in a home with 7 other dogs.
He came to Last Hope from a Georgia shelter on a rescue transport.
NIBBLE has a Sheltie look, and is only 25 pounds.
He is very friendly with people & other dogs.
You would never know by meeting him that he came from a bad setting.
