Meet NOAH. He doesn’t have an Ark. He doesn’t have a Home.
This creamsicle cat is sweet, 1 yr old but a bit overwhelmed & shy right now, since he comes from an unusual hoarding situation -which got lots of assistance from Nassau County SPCA.
NOAH is 1 of 21 cats that were cramped into a small Freeport co-op with their owner who was been told to vacate the premises. He was neutered, then basically woke up at Last Hope.
NOAH was the only one of the last 3 cats Last Hope planned to take into our Adoption Program to be at the co-op right before the woman’s vacate deadline. The other 2 were gone.
This is a convoluted case. Someone from the hoarder’s family started taking & then switching cats still there without warning. And then they cut off communication with the SPCA & Last Hope.
It is extremely difficult to help people in situations of pet distress who ask for & need help when they do not cooperate. Unfortunately, this happens all the time.
First females- MOOSHIE, NOI NOI and KISSY were spayed & vetted yesterday via Nassau County SPCA, then delivered to Last Hope.
NOAH arrived a week later.
To meet NOAH at Last Hope soooon, please complete and submit a cat adoption application found on the Last Hope website homepage.
I've found my forever home! Thank you!
