This Penguin doesn’t have any feathers, but he does have silky black fur! He was born 10/13/16, and was rescued from an apartment complex. He was lovingly fostered, vetted, and is now seeking his forever home. Penguin is a darling mini-panther, and he is waiting to bring love and happiness to you!
