Yes, this is puzzling. He’s a tiny cutie..looks like a Brussels Griffon/Shihtzu mix, about 7 yrs old.
He is quite friendly & likes other dogs.
PIPER’d like to know why no one in Kentucky & now NY wants him: “Was it something I said?”
