“Ricky” arrived at Last Hope from a Virginia shelter just in time for the Beagle Mania adoption event this weekend- June30/July1. He’s a tri-colored Beagle about 6 years old with some fancy ticking and lovely white eyelashes. Doesn’t he sound like a movie star? Ricky likes to announce his presence in typical Beagle style; then he settles down nicely.
