ROCKY a new Beagle at Last Hope doesn’t look like Sylvester Stallone, but that is probably because he’s from Kentucky instead of Philadelphia.
However, ROCKY Beagle is a sturdy fellow, about 6 years old, almost 40 pounds, which is in the heavy weight class for Beagles. He’s as sweet as he is sturdy.
Recently, ROCKY posed for a photo with the 2 young brothers who brought Last Hope donations as a thank you for the Kentucky Beagle their family adopted in the summer.
ROCKY, true to his Beagle DNA, was able to sniff out the box of Milkbones. The boys rewarded ROCKY with a sample cookie, and true to his Beagle DNA, ROCKY was thrilled to wolf it down.
