“West Virginia Webster” may just be the perfect pet. He comes from a rescue that has no shelter in the county which means that the only the dogs saved are those that rescue can fit into fosters. This lovable over-sized Chihuahua (20 lb.) is good with kids and dogs, and tends to ignore cats.  Webster is about 7 years old, and had his pearly whites cleaned in WV before coming to Last Hope. His foster Mom in WV cried when he left for the transport to come to Last Hope because he is SUCH a good boy. Now, how can you a resist a dog like Webster?
