Adopted from our program, back in 2010…

It is with great sorrow that I inform you that Honey (Mercado) passed away Sat. Apr. 21, 2012 of kidney failure. She was adopted from Last Hope in Feb, 2010 and quickly became my best friend and constant companion. Because of her advanced age (14) the vet didn’t think it would be advisable to prolong her life and possibly cause her pain and distress. She gently passed away in my arms. Her body failed but her lovely spirit lives on in my heart always.
