“Tess” was turned into a town shelter several months ago by family after her owner died. She is a 7 year old shaggy dog, 24 pounds, probably a Cockerpoo or similar mix. (Her town shelter papers say Westie mix but that seems inaccurate.) She resembles a small Polish Lowland Sheepdog in conformation and temperament that would do best in an adult home as the only dog.
