He’s not your “Cousin Vinny” but he could be your cutie.

“Little Vinny” is a petite fluff ball, just over 3 months old.
He looks like a Pom mix pup, perhaps some sort of Spitz and will stay small.
“Vinny” is quite affectionate and loves to be carried around.
He’s been in foster care so few people have seen him.
Now that he is advertised, let the adoption applications begin!!
