This sweet Beagle, about 4 yrs. old looks like she’s endured a rough life, mostly outdoors. She’s only 25 lbs but has the body of a Beagle used for breeding, and then discarded. To make matters worse, “Bessie” has heartworm, and will be starting her treatment soon.
