BUDDY’s Former Owner Must Not Have Been His “Buddy”.
BUDDY was a recent owner surrender at a crowded Georgia shelter. He’s a tiny 8 yr old, & his former owner said he had BUDDY since he was 6 weeks old.
BUDDY’s long nails look as if they’ve never been clipped, his ears as if their infections have never been treated.
This small sweetie deserves to be pampered from this day on……
