COSMO Beagle Needs a HOME.
Are you wondering why COSMO is in the snow?

He first came to Last Hope from a Bowling Green,  Kentucky shelter
in January.
He is a puppyish fellow about 1 and a half years old.
COSMO was adopted, & rightfully returned by a family where one child remains too afraid of dogs to be around COSMO or any pupster.
COSMO is a handsome family Beagle. He likes kids and other dogs but is still playing in that very bubbly Beagle puppy way. Can you picture him in your home & yard?
