Frankie – ADOPTED!!

Hi – my name is FRANKIE– A 20 month young handsome sweet and mellow lovable guy! I am young – but I have gone thru so much already.  When I was a kitten I was dumped in a box at one of the local Town Shelters with some siblings. My two siblings were adopted at the Town Shelter by one of the Town employees.    There isn’t much room for kittens at the Town Shelters during kitten season – so Last Hope immediately took me and a few other cats at the shelter.  I went into foster care – and I was tested, wormed, neutered and have received all my vaccines and got tons and tons of love.

A young family adopted me from Last Hope when I was about 6 months old.   They had me several months – and then they ran into some financial trouble – so they dumped me off at the Town Shelter.  They said they had adopted me from Last Hope – so the Town called Last Hope and they came and took me back to their cat center.

I was doing fine at the shelter – getting along with other cats and playing a lot.  Then another young family came and adopted me about 6 months ago – oh they loved me so much…??  but they apparently they had two young wild children and a very loud household – and I wasn’t getting any one on one attention and wasn’t even getting any regular meals.  One of their friends is a friend of a volunteer of Last Hope – and she was upset that I wasn’t getting the care I should be getting.   So, Last Hope was notified and contacted the family and the family said “they just didn’t have the time” to care for me with young children and a busy schedule.  So they willingly brought me back to the cat center….and I was quite a bit thinner.

I have been checked by a vet – and everything is perfect – I just need lots of love and security and some steady meals.

So – they say “three is a charm”” – I so hope that is true.  I am not even two years old yet – and I have been dumped, moved, adopted, brought back to town, back to Last Hope, adopted and back to Last Hope.   This is just too sad…I really don’t understand and wonder what did I do wrong?

Can you make room in your heart and home for me?  Please!

Frankie
