“Indira” lives up to her name…She is so “endearing”. This petite Border Collie mix pup about  7 months old and 20 lbs came to Last Hope from a wonderful rescue in West Virginia that intervenes with foster care, vetting and transport when dogs are surrendered to the county dog warden. This WV county doesn’t have a municipal shelter so dogs relinquished are put down immediately. Indira loves all people. She is a kissing machine and the perfect greeter. She gets along with other dogs and with cats. In fact, she is best buds with Fritz another puppy from the same WV rescue. There is a chance that Fritz is her long lost brother.
