Wrangler came to Last Hope from  a wonderful rescue in West Virginia that intervenes with foster care whenever possible because the dog warden doesn’t have a shelter or holding area so stray and surrendered dogs are euthanized immediately. This adorable and super friendly fellow is about 4 years old and has the look of a Tibetan Spaniel but he is a little bigger than the breed standard…weighing about 24 lbs. Wrangler likes other dogs and is used to cats. Come on in to meet Wrangler, you won’t be disappointed!!
