“Social, happy, well-behaved” is the way “Jasper” the dapper Border Collie mix was described by his sending shelter in Virginia.

With his white bib and spats, he looks like he’s wearing a tux or formal attire.

“Jasper” is adorable. His coat is a little too short and his legs are a little too short to be a purebred Border Collie but he is not short in the Personality Plus department.
