But as cute & tiny as JASPER is, he needs the correct BFF or Family.
JASPER is a 1 yr old who looks like a scruffy Papillon mix. He weighs just about 10 lbs. He was originally from a Kentucky shelter and taken by a rescue in NYC.
Manhattan is not the right setting for JASPER because he doesn’t like other dogs, and barks at cars. It’s a chore to walk him.on a crowded city street. The NYC group Sked Last Hope to.take him.
However, JASPER really likes cats & is good with kids.
