You may recall back in July, Frankie came to Last Hope as a teeny, tiny 5 week old kitten, rescued from a yard where his Mama left him behind, possibly, because of his condition. His eyelids didn’t fully develop and his lashes brushed against his corneas. He won the hearts of many volunteers at Last Hope.In September, Frankie had intricate surgery on his eyelids at The Animal Medical Center in New York City to correct this genetic eyelid defect. He is doing great! Thanks to the “AMC to the Rescue” program and Last Hope, Frankie is happy, healthy and loving life with is new family – He sure has come a long way!
Well today be sure to check out “our” little Frankie as he will be front and center as The Animal Medical Center rings the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell.
