She is a peppy, senior Maltese. LUCY
turned 13 in October. She was a recent owner-surrender to Town of Oyster Bay
Shelter. She had regular vet care, but, oddly, had never spayed. That’s why you see the cone.
LUCY is lovable & lively. She is looking for a home where she will feel & hear the familiar-
