Hi, Hi!! I’m Tootsie! I am one energetic and happy little pup and rightly so – I was rescued with a few of my friends, Ruby and Josie, from a shelter in VA. I’m 22 pounds of playfulness and am looking for that special someone to play with. I also like playing around other dogs and had fun with all my new friends so far. I’m only 2 years old, very affectionate and loving. You might notice my eye in my picture – they think I might be blind in my right eye as but believe me,  I see just fine!! I am a happy dog and am waiting for a happy family to come take me home…if that sound like you, come on in so we can meet!! I’ll be waiting!!!
