PICASSO, or should we say PICATSO? 
Our big, bright orange feline is very outgoing. He is happy to be in the big monkey cage ( his studio) and loves when volunteers come inside the cage to visit him.
PICASSO smoozes by them for petting, and then shows off, playing with his many toys.
PICASSO came to Last Hope on a Georgia rescue transport. He will make a great companion for orange tabby fans because his self-portrait embodies the best of orange tabbitude.
