What a beauty! Spencer is a friendly, sweet girl born on 9/2/2015. Rescued with her sister, Emily, these sisters spent some time with a loving foster. Spencer loves to play and is a snuggle bug. Come and meet Spencer and maybe giver her, and her sister Emily, a forever home.
