He was rescued by Last Hope prez Linda outside a Suffolk County restaurant when friendly Thomas showed up, already neutered & not ear-tipped, & began dining a la carte with the feral cats there… which suggests he was probably dumped.
Thomas is about 2 years old years old. He is a pleasant fellow with the cutest apple head.
