Please join us for Last Hope’s annual Fix-A-Feral Luncheon on Sunday, January 26th at Wantagh Inn in Wantagh. Our goal is the same: to raise funds as much as possible so we will be able spay/neuter many, many Long Island feral cats. There will be raffle basket/gift card auctions , a 50/50 drawing, and a lotto scratch-off board.
Since 2003, Last Hope’s Fix a Feral program has provided the public with financial assistance and Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) clinics to spay and neuter feral cats in their neighborhoods. To date, Last Hope has subsidized or completely paid for the spay and neuter of more than 28,000 feral cats but our funds are nearly depleted. Veterinary costs have soared for spaying and neutering feral cats making our island-wide initiatives to reduce the feral cat population more important than ever. Our heavily utilized program is vital to the Long Island community.
