The Proms are Over, but FRANKIE is Still Wearing his Tuxedo. This fashionable feline will always be dressed up for every occasion. FRANKIE was born last St. Patrick’s Day, and at 6 weeks he & 4 siblings with no Mom were rescued off the streets of Baldwin. His foster Mom nurtured his litter. FRANKIE is waiting at Last Hope in Wantagh for someone to send a formal or informal way to invite FRANKIE HOME.
