BESSIE and her two kittens were left behind in a foreclosed house in eastern Suffolk County in December. They lived on their own in the closed up house for several days with no food or water. All 3 were rescued and fostered and currently up for adoption at last hope Wantagh. Bessie is undoubtedly one of the most affectionate cats we have ever met! Her fur is silky, her purrs are loud and her eyes give you a look that clearly show her her loving personality.
