STACEY-In Foster Care

My name is Stacey and I am a senior diabetic cat that is adjusting to being in a shelter setting after being in a home all of my life.  I was born in November 2002 and was adopted as a kitten from Last Hope, but was returned (with my “sister” Skye) when my owner had to go into assisted living and could no longer take care of us.  I would love to have a second chance at a Forever home! I am loving and sweet, friendly and enjoy being petted and spending time with our people.  Maybe you will be the one to give a happy ending to our story??

Stacey is our oldest cat at Last Hope. She was returned a year ago after her loving elderly owner could no longer care for her. Stacey celebrated her 14th birthday in November 2016. Unfortunately, in October 2016 she was diagnosed with diabetes and requires insulin injections twice a day. A shelter is no place for a diabetic elderly cat.

We would love nothing more than for Stacey to be placed in a permanent foster home and once again have a special person to call her own. All expenses including insulin, supplies, food and veterinary care will be covered 100 % by Last Hope. All you need to give her is love and care!
