Shorty- Shiba Inu/Pom-Adopted

SHORTY Hopes His Last Hope Stay is Short…
Because He’d Love to Find A Home Shortly.

This tiny fellow (less than 16 lb.) resembles a Shiba Inu mix painted in Pomeranian rust. He was rescued as an older stray (10 yr) at a dangerous traffic intersection in Wyandanch. SHORTY was eating garbage at a gas station & when the Animal Control Officer approached, he started to run until she popped open a can of dogfood and he ran right to her to scoff it up.

Babylon Shelter provided extensive dental work when he was neutered. SHORTY had 17 teeth extracted. No owner or adopter came forward. But nothing cramps his style or pep.
SHORTY is a friendly & energetic fellow who enjoys meeting new people & other dogs. He has a prance in his step, and looks forward to stepping into a loving home sooooon.
