Meet MADDOX at Last Hope.
He’s a Chihuahua.mix found in distress in Copiague a month ago by a Good Samaritan. He seemed to be in abdominal pain so the finder took him to NY Vet Animal Emergency in Farmingdale.
The hospital operated and found stuffing as if MADDOX had eaten a blanket. He recovered there over a week before going to Babylon Shelter where he remained unclaimed. He had no problem with blankets there but we’re keeping a watchful eye as a precaution.
MADDOX is a sweetie. He loves people and gets along with other dogs. He is about 4 years old and only weighs 14 pounds.
MADDOX smiles when he gets excited. Last Hope would like to see him smile soon when he finds a loving home.
